Our Team

Wonder Warriors Team

Neil

The founder feels incredibly blessed to have talented friends who share the same passion for supporting children facing developmental and behavioral health challenges. A lifelong photographer, they photographed their first wedding as a high school freshman and later spent ten years working for Kodak, where they further developed their photography skills. Now working in healthcare, they are proud to combine two lifelong passions through Wonder Warriors for Super Kids.

An experienced business professional in the healthcare sector, they have succeeded in a variety of roles, including sales, leadership, business operations, and client success. Their passion for behavioral health is deeply personal, shaped by firsthand experience supporting family members living with serious mental illness. They have previously held board positions with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, served as a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, and volunteered with several breast cancer nonprofit organizations.

Bryan Rife - President

Bryan Rife has over 30 years in the healthcare arena and holds a Life Coach Certification through the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology and is nationally certified as an Activity Director with a specialization in education. Bryan is the Director of Quality Assurance for the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals in Washington, DC. After moving to the Carolinas in 1994 from Wild Wonderful West Virginia, he met Neil while working in a nursing facility, and together they brought Wonder Warriors to life.

Originally from Ecuador, South America, they have lived in the United States since 1999. They hold a degree in finance and currently work in the Finance Department at Nobles Restaurants, LLC. They first learned about Wonder Warriors for Super Kids through Neal and his incredible work, and feel honored to contribute to such a magnificent and meaningful cause.

A dedicated Wonder Warriors volunteer since 2018, they have had the privilege of interacting with incredible children and adolescents as they face their own unique challenges. They love being part of a team that has brought so many smiles and joyful moments to these children and their families.

Originally from the Northeast, Patrick relocated to the beautiful Carolinas in 2006 to continue his successful career in medical sales. Volunteering with Wonder Warriors for Super Kids allows Patrick to give back to the community while helping provide moments of fun, joy, and normalcy to children who may be missing these essential parts of childhood.

Kat is a self-employed dog groomer in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with 20 years of professional grooming experience. Kat was introduced to Wonder Warriors through her wife, Dani, and immediately jumped into action by helping secure costumes, with many of her grooming clients generously contributing to the cause.

Dani has worked as a Patient Financial Specialist at Atrium Health Behavioral Health for more than six years. It was there that she met Neil. When Neil shared his vision for Wonder Warriors for Super Kids, Dani was on board from the very beginning. Seeing the joy on children’s faces as they transform into their favorite superheroes is incredibly rewarding.
